Brig. retired Abdulla Almulla
Mr. Abdulla founded Spark Group in 1974, which began with Spark Maintenance and Oilfield Services. His entrepreneurial acumen is truly extraordinary and evident with him expanding horizons into diverse ventures such as Spark Technical Consultancy & Professional Training, Spark Development and Trading, AMRAC Rent a Car, Four Seasons Travel Agency, Spark Residence & Hotel Apartments, Al Mulla Pharmacy, and Al Fahlain Farms. Through relentless dedication to excellence, he has propelled the development of Spark Holding. Today, Spark Group encompasses 13 locally owned companies with over 7000 highly skilled individuals across the UAE. In addition to his impressive business career, Brig. Abdulla Mohamed Al Mulla was and remains a prominent figure within the UAE Ministries. He played a key role in the Ministry of the Interior’s General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs, since 1977. For 18 years, he was the Head of the Abu Dhabi Department of Citizenship. His recognised expertise in security led him to join the Ministry of Defence, where he was a key part of the UAE’s Coast and Border Guard Forces. He was a part of the department until 2007, attaining the rank of Brigadier.
Engr. Alanoud Abdulla Al Mulla
Engr. Alanoud Abdulla Al Mulla, CEO of Spark Holding, brings over 20 years of leadership and operational expertise in business services companies, making significant industry contributions. Formerly CEO of Spark Security Services, Alanoud led the organization to exceptional revenue and profitability levels, overseeing a team of 7000 members. Her outstanding contributions led to her being honored as the top security professional of the year 2018, underscoring her esteemed reputation cultivated during her tenure with the Abu Dhabi Police and Ministry of Interior. At Spark Holding, Alanoud manages investments, wealth, partnerships, and acquisitions, while also leading Spark Integrated Services, focusing on parking management, manpower supply, and smart mobility solutions. She holds a BA in Computer Engineering from the American University of Sharjah, a Diploma in Economics from the American Intercontinental University of London, and an MBA from the American University of Dubai.
